The Vibe Is Not Your Average Flip

This design + restore project was a complete reimagining of a dated floor plan, transforming it into a highly functional and elevated space. We reconfigured key areas of the home such as the kitchen, pantry, laundry, and primary bath to improve flow and maximize everyday livability. Set against the mountains, the home was the perfect backdrop for an organic modern aesthetic. We used natural textures, earthy tones, and timeless materials to create a grounded, refined warmth throughout every corner.
